Full refund on request at any time before the pack is delivered. Email hello@recce.run with the address you paid with.

Automatic refund, without you asking, if the Paris Marathon 2027 pack is not delivered by 31 January 2027 or the CCC 2027 pack by 30 April 2027.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 days.
